Yesterday, we headed off to Naas at nine o'clock in the morning. We went to the moate theatre for a mini company workshop. Scoil Mhuire from Clane and another school, St. Paul's, Monasterevin near County Laois were also in attendance of the workshop.
This is the second trip that we've had for our mini company. During this workshop we talked a lot about market research and different ways to market our products. The woman that spoke to us from the Kildare Enterprise Bord picked a few different C.E.O's to stand up and speak about their team and their product. She then asked some marketing managers from other groups to stand up and talk about the ideas that their group had for marketing their product. At the end of the workshop, she explained a little bit about finance and asked the finance managers to have a finance plan drawn up for the next time that we go to naas, which will be Monday the 15th of November.
When the workshop was complete, all of us headed to McDonald's for our lunch. However, myself and Kate decided to go to Superquinn and look for cheap, healthier food in there. Lucky for us, the baker had just put out freshly cut breads, both sweet and savory as tasters. So, as you can imagine we fed ourselves on those before buying our lunch from the hot deli! It was really worth the trip to Superquinn!!! :D
