Pilates- Lets tighten those ‘not-so-tight’ muscles!

On Wednesday for double PE we had a lesson in Pilates. A lady, called Angela, came into us to give us this class. It was a relaxing class. We learned how to tighten our core muscles in a proper way. We also learned how to breathe properly whilst doing exercise.
Some of the exercises were difficult to achieve at first but I think everybody grasped it after a few trials and errors!
Pilates class seems to be really worthwhile and is great for preventing injuries and bad postures. It is a great opportunity and experience for us in TY.
